      -You will get countless of empty promises and opportunities -A nice work place -The only praises you will receive are from the customers themselves, never from management

      Cons

      -there is no room to grow your career to any department as easy as they make it seem, especially as a direct bankers -unfulfilled promises -no sense of leadership -no transparency -no culture -no empathy

In the last 6 months, we have had 22 Direct Bankers transfer to 17 different areas, including Loan Servicing, Invest, Consumer Lending, Data Analytics, and more. Our Career Pathing now provides the transparency of knowing what requirements are needed for every role at Axos.

      Nothing. I really can't say anything good about this organization.

      It's really bad in the tech department. I met the CISO on our floor several times, he seemed very condescending. I saw how bad he treated everyone by overworking his staff. I believe he begged some of his staff to stay there due to his extreme high turn over rate. That's just one example of the toxicity in that department.
