Kanban and Scrum are ways to approach Agile development. These tools are used to task workflow and progress to accomplish goals relating to product development or project management. These tools help optimize the flow of tasks between different teams by providing an overview of who’s doing what with the goal to identify and eliminate problem areas in the process and provide help and support to those who need it, while defining, managing, and improving services for delivering quality work.

Pros

The culture of excellence, supportive and compassionate management, and endless career development opportunities make Axos a truly great place to work, learn, and grow. My manager, Amanda Baez is an amazing leader and inspires me to be the best teammate possible.

Cons

Some people don't appreciate working in office, however, I enjoy seeing my coworkers, and communicating with them in person.

Pros

I enjoy working here. There is always challenging work and effort is rewarded via a generous bonus structure. Benefits are competitive. Everyone is nice and enjoys being collaborative.

Cons

High employee turnover. If you are a manager, there is no support from HR other than posting the job opening, you have to recruit, screen, interview and extend offer. it’s hard to acquire top talent because pat is not competitive and employees leave after 12-18 months once they’ve gotten enough experience to make 20-30% somewhere else.

Thank you for your review. The Axos Talent Acquisition team is deeply involved in the direct recruiting of candidates. In addition, it is our company model for the Hiring Manager to be actively involved in the recruitment of their Team Members. As an industry best practice, it is proven that when the Hiring Manager is directly connecting with the Candidate(s) during the recruitment process, it makes for a better hire.
