      Pros

      A good place to start in finance. You deal with all kinds of banking stuff, so you learn a lot really quickly. The people here are supportive, so it's easy to settle in. Overall, the team vibe is great. My day-to-day involves handling loan payments, reversing transactions when needed, and balancing everything at the end of the day. Competitive pay and benefits with a bonus opportunity on top.

      Cons

      The job is interesting but comes with its responsibilities. I mean, don't expect a walk in the park - this is important stuff.

      The job wasn't too stressful. It was my first real job after college, it worked for what I needed.

      Cons

      The pay sucks for the most part. Slow upward movement.

      Cons

      Tough work, stressful and toxic work atmosphere dealing with rude and hostile customers who didn't want to pay! This job's brutal! Avoid while you can!
