Pros

I deal with data checks and run risk assessments. The pay is solid and I get a 10% bonus if I hit my targets. Plus, there's a good benefits package, including healthcare and 401k with a match. The bank invests in its people and processes, so it has good tech and a competent team.

Cons

No serious issues. That's because the managers are open to feedback, so when there’s a problem, I just have to bring it to their attention. We usually find solutions through discussions and compromise.

The manager's self-centered attitude made it a traumatizing experience daily, with distrustful behavior that always felt like they were just waiting for mistakes. Nothing felt secure or appreciated, as trust was nonexistent, making collaboration nearly impossible. The manager's distrustful nature only created stress and insecurity, leaving employees on edge and constantly second-guessing.
