Keeping up with the competition, arrogant colleagues and managers was so exhausting! Being around them is stressful and makes you breathe toxic air! It's awful to be honest.

No good reasons to work with Axos Bank as I can only speak from my experience.

Cons

I'm writing this review in the hope that it will provide some insight into the toxic atmosphere that plagues this workplace. Communication with managers is often demeaning. Every task, no matter how minor, is scrutinized and controlled to an exasperating degree. If you value a positive work environment, where you are treated as a capable professional and not a child, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
