- Provides unique opportunities that will expand your knowledge and expertise. - Stability. Has been very profitable for a very long time. No layoff here. - Flexibility - the company allows you to move between departments if you want to try something new.

Cons

- You will wear several hats and be asked to do a multitude of tasks that are outside your wheelhouse. However, if you are adaptable, this is also a benefit to learn new skills.
