You can learn and grow here if you're willing to work hard for low pay
Pros
1. They will allow you to gain licenses while here and experience in a role. 2. Schedule is flexible-ish. You can move hours around which is nice. 3. Managers are good to work with, honestly if it wasn't for the managers this company would be down the drain from the CEO. 4. Nice diversity in company.
Cons
1. Very low pay for responsibilities. Paid 20k less than market rate in area of similar role. You will be paid what the entry level position is making but maybe 2k more. Yet, they expect you to perform 110% everyday for horrible pay. 2. No work from home, this was a thing but they have moved back to in office full time no exception. 3. If you perform well for the role you will be told that you are meeting expectations and then that becomes under performing for the next review if you don't do more (the better you get at your job the more work you are given with no reward). 4. No room for advancement. 5. They think of you as a number as they minute watch like other corporate companies. Mouse click and track technology on computers. 6. Benefits are something they really need to work on. 7. They do a weird 401(k) match where they might not even match anything in there.
