This is the company to work for if you're a self-starter and have ideas you'd like to implement. The culture values direct communication which encourages quick decision making. Everyone works together well to achieve company goals.

Cons

Turnover can make it challenging to decipher decision making history sometimes, but this is improving.

Pros

Great location, fun & knowledgeable coworkers, high level of responsibility given early in your career and performance is rewarded through semi annual bonuses (in addition to raise/promotion). If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding place to grow Axos will be a good fit.
