Some of the people there are friendly and helpful.

Cons

A lot of turnover mainly because people didn’t know what they were supposed to be doing. There was a lot of finger pointing on who should be doing what. When trying to get an explanation on something, I couldn’t get one. Managers never gave reviews, so I didn’t know if I was doing things right what I needed to improve in. (I asked for reviews, but people were so busy.). End of month reports were never received on time causing firms repeatedly asking when they will receive their money.

One of the best choices for online full-service banking. Axos is a stable bank and offers clients great service. They often ask for feedback from employee's. They offer higher rates for depositors. Secure job.

Cons

Not sure if they give cost of living wage increases. Haven't seen one yet.
