5yThanks for your review. In our culture, "lots of work" and "fast pace" are pros, not cons. But we do hear you on retention efforts. We've made considerable progress recently to better train our teams, to promote from within, and to communicate more transparently. 5yThanks for taking the time to share your impressions of working here. All of our direct bankers go through a rigorous training and certification process before being put on the phones. That said, we've relayed your comment about training to the relevant managers. As for tenure-based promotion opportunities, at least a dozen direct bankers have moved on to positions of greater responsibility at Axos over the past 24 months. We are always seeking ways to improve internal promotion prospects at the bank, however, and so your comments are welcome.
