      - Hire right out of college - Managers are younger and relatable, helpful in teaching - Your work is impactful right away

      Pros

      It's unusual to find a bank that operates more like a tech startup. Innovation, creativity and hard work will drive your career at Axos - with opportunities to take on responsibilities usually reserved for folks late in their career (if ever). You are only limited by your own ability to perform.

      Cons

      Not a traditional bank environment - no 2 hour lunches, 10 years of doing the same task each day, etc. Not a good fit if you are looking for that experience.
