Pros

Competitive compensation and a clearly structured benefits package.

Cons

The boss obsessed over trivial details that never warranted supervision. Every decision demanded layers of approval, dragging execution to a crawl. Independent judgment was shut down, even for basic tasks. Over time, the absence of trust made productivity feel tightly controlled and stifled.

We are committed to treating all employees with dignity and respect, and we take pride in fostering a professional environment built on accountability and high standards. Our teams work in a fast paced, highly regulated industry, where employees are entrusted with significant responsibility and autonomy to deliver meaningful results. This environment can be demanding and is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with complexity, ownership, and rigorous execution. We hope you were able to address your concerns during your time here.

Pros

I'm surrounded by coworkers who are very good at what they do. Passionate about delivering great results. The most exciting part is knowing we're not just maintaining an old system. We're actively building what a modern, online bank should be. Every project tied to shaping customer experience. Real cutting edge work on how people manage their money digitally.

Cons

The high-performance environment isn't for everyone

Pros

Paid sick days and time off exist. Employees should use every bit of it. It might delay the urge to quit.

Cons

A truly miserable work atmosphere. Bad moods dominate the space and every single day feels like a struggle. The constant negativity is suffocating and draining. A little sunlight, basic positivity, and emotional balance are desperately missing here. The place feels bleak, heavy, and relentlessly depressing.
