Thanks for taking the time to share your review. We've been making considerable efforts over the last two years to expand career opportunities for our team members. Our Junior Credit Analyst program -- of which you appear to be a part -- has grown in size by 20% year over year, which can result in opportunities for our team members to take on more responsibility. Indeed, dozens of JCAs and interns have gone on to positions of greater responsibility within the company in recent years. Clearly we still have room to improve, and we aim to further expand opportunities for our team in the coming years.
