Pros

The company is fairly agile for being as large as they are and people listen to one another. Benefits are great and bonuses are a plus. Plenty of growth opportunity.

Cons

None that I can see at this point. While our department consists of fairly new people everyone seems to be eager to learn.

Medical insurance and decent pay for Las Vegas. There really aren’t any Pros.
