      Comfortable work environment. Recent new option to work from home if you hit certain numbers. Competitive pay structure and quarterly bonus. Leads provided.

      Cons

      Want lots of overtime and weekend work. Leads are passed around if you between loan officers.

      Pros

      Helpful and relevant job training that sets you up for success. Friendly coworkers who create an inviting office environment. Axos generates high quality leads so making a sale is NOT like finding a needle in a haystack.

      Cons

      Not a huge con but base pay is minimal and it takes a couple months for commission to really start paying.
