Pros

You gain familiarity with financial systems and reporting.

Cons

Everything revolved around numbers and performance tracking, but it wasn’t always clear how those metrics connected to actual outcomes, so you’re working toward targets without fully understanding the bigger picture… which gets frustrating after a while. It feels like you’re being measured constantly, but not always guided in a meaningful way.

Operating in a metrics‑driven environment means that performance tracking is an important part of how outcomes are evaluated. Employees are encouraged to engage with their managers, ask questions, and seek clarity when expectations or metrics are unclear. Broader business understanding comes through ongoing dialogue, curiosity, and collaboration.

Pros

You pick up a lot of skills simply to survive. Some lessons may help your future career. Others feel pointless and depend entirely on luck rather than support or guidance.

Cons

- Crushing stress that never lets up - Overwhelming expectations with far too many responsibilities pushed onto one person - Constant pressure that makes every day feel like an endless race - No real work-life balance at all - Long exhausting hours that drain all energy - Burnout feels inevitable if you stay - Motivation and health slowly worn down by nonstop pressure - Exhaustion becomes the normal state instead of the exception - A role that takes far more than it ever gives back

Pros

None. After seeing how employees are treated, I can't bring myself to list a single positive thing. No amount of charm or fake compliments can make up for that kind of behavior.

Cons

The people in charge are unbelievably controlling and dismissive. Every move you make is watched, questioned, and criticized. You’re expected to report every tiny detail of your day as if you’re under surveillance. It’s suffocating, exhausting, and completely demoralizing. Forget about having any freedom or focusing on quality work—those things do not exist here.
