Pros

Pay is nothing special but acceptable for most roles. Benefits are decent, though that is about the only positive worth mentioning.

Cons

The nonstop competition was absurd and exhausting. Managers and peers were locked in constant battles to prove who was better, turning every task into a petty contest. This behavior felt immature and deeply unprofessional, yet it was openly encouraged. The attitudes on display poisoned the atmosphere and made coming to work feel miserable. Instead of teamwork, there was ego, rivalry, and constant tension that wore everyone down.

Pros

- office is organized with strict policies but the mood is relaxed - good resources, I always know where to find what I need - managers are always open to questions - It's highly technical but there is room to learn and make mistakes

Cons

Some systems and processes need to be refreshed to simplify some of the tasks and make things more efficient.

Pros

You pick up a lot of skills simply to survive. Some lessons may help your future career. Others feel pointless and depend entirely on luck rather than support or guidance.

Cons

- Crushing stress that never lets up - Overwhelming expectations with far too many responsibilities pushed onto one person - Constant pressure that makes every day feel like an endless race - No real work-life balance at all - Long exhausting hours that drain all energy - Burnout feels inevitable if you stay - Motivation and health slowly worn down by nonstop pressure - Exhaustion becomes the normal state instead of the exception - A role that takes far more than it ever gives back
