Pros

I’ve learned a lot about staying focused and independent here. Independence that builds trust and personal accountability. Freedom to plan the day and manage tasks. The pace pushed me out of my comfort zone, and it ended up helping me become more disciplined. I like that every week brings something new. If you like figuring things out on your own, this place works well.

Cons

Some days can be intense with deadlines stacked up

Pros

Axos Bank has some genuinely kind employees, which only highlights how different the higher-ups are.

Cons

- The work is exhausting, with long hours and workload demands that make no sense. - Expectations from the top are absurd and pushed down with no concern for the poeple doing the actual work. - My coworkers are wonderful, but my superiors behave like the complete opposite. - The people in charge show a cold and hostile attitude that crushes morale. - They insult staff openly and raise their voices, even in front of others. - There is no regard for the well-being of employees, only constant pressure and intimidation. - This company is best avoided if you value dignity or basic respect.

Pros

Some colleagues were dependable and helped each other stay afloat.

Cons

Information rarely arrived in a clear, straightforward way. Employees were expected to move quickly, yet the guidance needed to do that was constantly missing. Deadlines were tight, feedback was inconsistent, and different teams delivered conflicting updates. Instead of improving workflows, leadership pushed harder without addressing the root issues that caused delays in the first place.

Tight deadlines are often driven by regulatory requirements, client commitments, and the fast-paced nature of the financial industry. These timelines are set to maintain compliance, deliver timely service, and stay competitive in the market. Our goal is to create an environment where deadlines are achievable, and instructions are transparent within our highly regulated environment.
