      Do yourself a favor and avoid this bank. Anyone who has survived working here would never recommend it.

      Cons

      - Work pressure is extreme and constant, leaving no room to breathe - Employee struggles and stress are ignored - The workload breaks people down mentally and physically - Escaping stress is impossible, no matter how hard you try

      Ridiculous red tape ruins everything and creates a toxic environment

      Pros

      Some parts of the work were interesting, but none of it was worth enduring the toxic atmosphere this place creates.

      Cons

      - The workplace was buried in unnecessary formalities that made everything harder than it needed to be - Red tape constantly got in the way and made it nearly impossible to work efficiently - Productivity took a massive hit because of the constant delays and restrictions - Junior employees had no voice at all, even though we were the ones dealing with the daily pressure - The leadership kept making promises about fixing things, but never followed through, which only made everything worse

The team celebrates milestones together, from closed loans to work anniversaries. Even during busy periods, there's an underlying sense of mutual respect.
