Pros

Don't believe any of the lies management tells you! They promised me a great salary, opportunities for advancement, and tons of support, but my experience here has been nothing but stressful and disappointing! Save yourself the trouble and stay away!

Cons

Terrible salary, brutal workloads, unrealistic expectations, ZERO room for growth, and having to work under a two-faced management might just be the WORST thing you could ever experience!

Pros

There is nothing positive to hold onto. Being misled from the start erased any chance of a good impression, and no part of this experience stands out in a good way.

Cons

Leadership is deeply dishonest and completely untrustworthy. False promises about pay and future increases were used as bait, only to trap me into long, exhausting hours for wages that felt insulting. The truth became clear when I discovered that newer and less experienced staff were earning more. That moment exposed just how little respect existed, and it made staying feel impossible. I walked out because continuing would have meant accepting blatant unfairness.

Compensation decisions are based on a combination of role scope, market data, experience, performance, and timing. As market conditions, roles, and responsibilities evolve, pay structures are reviewed and adjusted accordingly to remain competitive and aligned with business needs. Bonus and merit increases are discretionary and awarded based on individual performance and business considerations. We strive to communicate clearly and professionally throughout the employment lifecycle and remain committed to fair, consistent compensation practices.

Pros

- You will meet some nice people

Cons

- Very high turnover, which speaks to deeper cultural issues - Compensation felt below market compared to similar roles, with limited transparency around raises or progression - Little to no clear path for internal advancement - Leadership effectiveness was inconsistent; communication and decision-making often felt unclear or misaligned - Often, the environment felt more focused on internal politics than merit or performance

The Junior Banking Analyst Program provides hands on experience with increasing responsibility across three to four rotations. Analysts are encouraged to take initiative, contribute to additional projects, and support automation and efficiency efforts in a fast-paced environment. Advancement and promotion are evaluated based on clearly defined requirements, sustained performance, and demonstrated readiness, with top performers supported by management considered for progression. Compensation and salary growth are communicated early on in the program, these are merit based and tied to individual performance, impact, and skill development.
