Thank you for your review! We offer competitive compensation packages that include a base salary and a discretionary, merit-based bonus awarded twice a year. In our meritocratic culture, Team Members have the opportunity to exceed goals and be rewarded for exceptional performance. As mentioned elsewhere on this forum, we firmly believe that our best work happens when we're together in person. The office environment fosters collaboration and spontaneous interactions that are hard to replicate in a virtual setting.

Pros

I've been employed at Axos for 3+ years and it's been one the best work experiences that I've had. Leadership has given me the opportunity to work on challenging projects that are aligned to my passion and skill sets. The company incentivizes longer term commitment which financially adds up in a positive way.

Cons

At times it is difficult to have visibility into what other business units are working on and how it fits into the overall company vision.

I'm sticking with it despite some issues

Pros

Job that will keep you busy and you'll learn a lot, but don’t expect everything to be perfectly organized. Some processes are still taking shape, and it shows. On the upside, I’ve been able to take on various responsibilities and build a broader skill set than in my previous job. Decent salary, and I'm pleased with the benefits.

Cons

Hard to tell where priorities are headed beyond the current cycle
