Pros

Absolutely nothing. Worst position I have ever held.

Cons

Everything. Everyone will never take accountability. Leaders are unprofessional and not willing to listen. They built a company that will make you question all morals.

We understand that individual experiences can vary. Axos operates with defined expectations, clear accountability, and direct leadership involvement, which shape how teams work together and how decisions are made. Feedback and turnover trends are reviewed as part of our ongoing evaluation of the business, while maintaining a focus on performance, professionalism, and ethical standards. We continue to focus on building teams and practices that support our operating model and long‑term business objectives.

Pros

You get to work with people that are super smart.

Cons

This company is shady, dishonest, plays favorites, all they care is the SVP and above bonuses, they steal ideas, they literally present staff home grown ideas to the CEO when it was the staff and they make it their own. The CEO doesn’t realize what is underneath this mess because things are masked in a way to make him feel better than things are really going. I genuinely feel like we are in a place that is built on cards and one day they will all collapse.

Axos takes integrity and accountability seriously, and we do not agree with the characterization presented here. Our governance and decision‑making processes are structured, documented, and subject to oversight, with clear expectations around collaboration and ownership. Employees are encouraged to raise concerns through established internal channels, including their HR Business Partner, to ensure they are addressed appropriately.

Pros

The compensation is decent at least.

Cons

Axos Bank has a very fast - paced and stressful work environment, and the leadership uses this to make excuses and defend the inefficient environment and high-pressure work atmosphere. Our leaders provide minimal support to employees, if at all. And they always say that we knew what we were getting into when we joined this company. But the reality is, they're just too lazy and incompetent to provide proper support and guidance.

We emphasize ownership and initiative, and employees are encouraged to identify opportunities to improve processes, create efficiencies, and help shape how work gets done. We hope you addressed your concerns with management.
