Very Helpful team with training provided.

Not competitive with salary and benefits per market. Micromanaging supervisors resulting in a stressful work environment.

Our compensation package includes a semi-annual discretionary bonus that rewards your individual contribution. Team Members can exceed their targets for truly outstanding work. We encourage you to speak with your manager.

Pros

I learned many new skills, and worked with many talented people. It is fast paced, and many fun challenges. Working with all teams in the office was a great experience.

Cons

Communication from HQ and management in general, needs improvement. False promises are expected and typically do not get followed through. Remote work is forbidden, and frowned upon. Upper management lacks professionalism.

As you've probably seen elsewhere on this forum, we strongly believe our best work happens when employees are together. The office environment provides opportunities for collaboration and spontaneous interaction that simply doesn't happen virtually. We believe that when we make promises or other commitments, that we accept the responsibility of making all reasonable efforts to fulfil these commitments. We hope you addressed this with your manager.
