      A tense workplace made worse by unclear instructions and unrealistic turnaround expectations

      Some colleagues were dependable and helped each other stay afloat.

      Cons

      Information rarely arrived in a clear, straightforward way. Employees were expected to move quickly, yet the guidance needed to do that was constantly missing. Deadlines were tight, feedback was inconsistent, and different teams delivered conflicting updates. Instead of improving workflows, leadership pushed harder without addressing the root issues that caused delays in the first place.

      Nuts and cookies on wednesdays in the breakroom if this is your favorite perk

      Cons

      Toxic environment with zero psycological safety. People are having strokes at work like its a flu season. Yelling and disrespect is a normal ocurance. Weekend and night work is praised and in most cases nessesary to earn the bonus. Speaking of bonus; they will do everything in their power not to ghive it to you.

      There is nothing worth praising about this place. Any good that could have existed is buried under mistreatment and arrogance.

      Cons

      - Those in charge are rude, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. - Verbal abuse has become normal, leaving employees anxious and exhausted. - Support and guidance are nonexistent, leaving people to fend for themselves. - Many skilled workers have already left, unable to endure the constant mistreatment. - The few who remain stay silent, simply trying to survive each day.
