This experience got me a better job after I left.

Cons

I'm done with all these people manipulating, micromanaging, treating me like I'm stupid! The manager along with senior employees were awful, harsh, and hostile! Working with them was terribly unbearable!

Never offered a promotion until my boss was leaving. They figured they never needed to reward me until it was absolutely necessary.

Cons

Axos Bank a horrible work culture thanks to our abusive supervisors. I don't recommend working here unless you're okay with rampant verbal abuse and harassment. Most employees are humiliated in front of their co-workers, and we're all abused in one way or another. I hate this company and its culture.
