Pros

This is a great program to get your foot in the door with the mortgage banking industry. You are able to dabble in many departments before becoming a full time analyst. Everyone is approachable and learning together. Over time, you do get pay raises and bonuses based on your performance. UTC and Regents has good food options.

Cons

Low pay in the beginning. Could be more diverse. Process Improvement project can be kinda annoying when you are in a well-established department. Overall it’s a great place to work. Had to think very hard to find any big cons.

Gives you a chance to enter the field that you want to try yourself in A lot of projects and deadlines that will build a thick skin and a good knowledge base for your future employments Good management and co-workers Travel around US or Mexico for work purposes/team builders with all the expenses covered is pretty amazing Decent benefits

Cons

Pretty low pay compared to the city's average Snacks and coffee in the breakroom XD
