Pros

The people here genuinely care about their work, and they're the main reason I've stayed as long as I have. I truly enjoy working with my team. Axos Bank is a solid company to work for—they just need to invest in hiring more staff to help prevent employee burnout.

Cons

The pay is okay, and nearly everyone in the office is constantly sick. It's not just mild symptoms—there's frequent coughing, sneezing, and people clearly unwell who really should be resting at home, yet they still come in to work. I’d strongly recommend rethinking the workspace layout—it’s essentially cubicle hell right now. Numerous empty desks only add to the discomfort—it gives the office a ghost town vibe, which makes the environment feel even more bleak and disconnected. These are things that can be improved, there is hope !

Pros

If you’re just starting out, it’s fine. You’ll learn a lot, how it’s like in the real world.

Cons

Tight competition due to discrimination, nepotism, and blatant favoritism! Not the company to make your career goals into reality. It’s impossible. Except for if you’re the manager’s friend, the CEO’s relative, or the bank owner’s family!

Pros

Capable, skilled, and tenacious employees.

Cons

A culture of competition, very cutthroat. Feels like you're trying to swim up catching your breath just to survive, and it is terribly exhausting! Expectations from management were too high, and is the source of stress. If you're not cut out for this kind of environment, avoid immediately.
