The pay check was on time consistently.

Cons

The strict rules sucked the life out of the job, making it feel soul-eating and draining. Ridiculous processes slowed down everything, turning even simple tasks into unnecessary battles. There was zero flexibility, and any attempt to question the system felt pointless. It seemed like policies were designed to frustrate rather than help.

Efforts to contribute or improve were often dismissed, leaving no sense of value in the role. Communication was chaotic and lacked respect, leading to constant frustration. It seemed like nobody cared about teamwork or collaboration, which was disappointing.
