It's a great place to work with, where the coworkers and friendly, smart and helpful. The benefits are amazing and the pay is respectable

Cons

There is too much of a focus on middle management rather than actual engineering work. Too much intel influence as well.....

Good company, interesting and promising technology, work culture is excellent, no or less visible politics.

Cons

Startup so no RSU, total compensation is based on only Base Salary, uncertainty of industry adopting this technology in near future.
