      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for the company. Lots of opportunity for the employees. Lots of opportunity for Azenta's customers. Smart Leaders, and approachable leadership culture.

      Cons

      Transition from a semiconductor & life sciences company to a pure-play life sciences company, was a turbulent moment as one would expect. Lots of changes - positive changes - but calm and stability is welcome now that it's done.
