Pros
Theres a lot of room for lateral movement throughout the company, they are pretty flexible with trying to meet your needs when it comes to gaining experience
Cons
The work environment is too stressful. There's a good amount of stress and then there's this. Things could be streamlined with a bit more planning but it just feels like everyone is running around everywhere. Overtime is expected despite not being compensated for it, the work-life balance is terrible.
