GENEWIZ leadership is defined by life-long GENEWIZ employees (most have only ever worked at GW, and have no real business experience outside of GW). The lack of experience makes for a very poor business plan that changes every ~6months Operations dictates business strategy (think- manufacturing team telling sales to sell more, and owning pricing, discounting, and any sort of negotiations).
