      I cannot come up with any pros whatsoever.

      A lot of them: poor management, disorganized, complete chaos in general. I can go on and on about it.

      Pros

      Good entry level position to gain experience. I love the people I work with. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive but it’s not terrible. The promotion system doesn’t make any sense: you have to meet certain requirements that you have to get trained on in order to get promoted. However, the training is random so you may get promoted in 6 months or it might take a year (the training is not skill based it’s whenever they get you into a class). High turnover rate Don’t feel valued by upper management. They do kind of treat us like we are disposable. Not a good feeling.
