Good people, bad management

Pros

Most everyone in the lab was amazing. We built a strong team and worked together and got through many many long nights.

Cons

Management doesn't show appreciation. And doesn't hold senior lab member accountable. If the team is without a lead, associate scientist need to be responsible. And they were never expected to be.
