Pros

Compatible salary for senior scientists and managers, a week-off during Christmas holiday. Lots of opportunity to learn new things.

Cons

I was laid off due to company restructuring , and I never felt I was repected and treated as a valued employee. The senior managers don't know anything about the lab work, so things get worse and worse.

Very busy, understaffed work environment. A lot of people work overtime without compensation. Pay is not great, additional efforts at work are not rewarded.

Money, PTO, Flexible Time off, good if you like to be stagnant and not being promoted

Cons

Favoritism, only promote if LGBT or Black, Supervisors and up are untouchable, Leadership does not care about biobank workers, HR will not hear all sides to a conflict only take supervisors word, everyone acts like they are in high school, bunch of whining children, no growth
