      - Decent benefits - short commute time - Slow moving, but a definite willingness to improve employee satisfaction (i.e. ERG's, Town Halls, etc.)

      Cons

      - Top heavy in leadership resulting in consistent mass miscommunication and processes being rolled out without the proper department involvement - Multiple departments understaffed leading to increased workloads for multiple people
