Leadership Disconnect and Constant Turnover Hurting Employee Morale

Cons
Leadership seems to prioritize acquisitions, appeasing shareholders, and self-preservation over employee well-being or improving the company's current operations. The mandatory return to office and yearly layoffs have resulted in entire departments being eliminated with little to no notice. Those who remain are expected to absorb multiple roles' workloads, often without title recognition or compensation. This unrealistic expectation leads to burnout, as everything becomes a 'top priority' with no room for concerns. When issues are raised, they're often brushed aside, and repeated attempts to address them are met with leadership’s clear reluctance to engage. Azenta has great potential to excel, but leadership's focus is misaligned. Talented individuals are constantly navigating obstacles created by upper management, which seems disconnected and plagued by turnover (I've had three different managers in 1.5 years). Various departments operate in silos, frequently duplicating efforts or changing course abruptly after months of work. Leadership rarely takes accountability and would benefit from self-reflection to help the company realize its true potential.
