Pros
I really like Azenta as a company. They focus on employee well-being just as much as delivering high quality results to customers. The company culture rewards dedication and innovation. The management chain addresses issues swiftly. Raises are issued annually. There's a focus on growth. Benefits are fantastic and they offer an employee stock purchase plan.
Cons
Pay scale is not as competitive as they claim. There doesn't seem to be any interest in hearing solid arguments for increasing pay across the board. The promotion process is tedious.
