Pros

Azenta is an inclusive work environment that cares about you as a person. They provide great benefits and generous flexible time off. Lots of room to grow with the company and have seen many internal promotions. Leader in the industry making the world a healthier place. They encourage us to take care of our health and well being and appreciate our efforts at work.

Cons

None that I can think of. I work remotely and haven't had the chance to meet my colleagues in person yet but would love to one day! Eventhough I haven't met them in person I feel completely supported and part of the team.

Great Pay, But Very Impersonal And Disorganized

Pros

Friendly workers throughout the company and decent pay.

Cons

Role was fully remote with no formal onboarding and myriad issues just being connected to the VPN and PLM. Expectations were unclear with minimal oversight. Great for the money, but not not for growth.

The people are great to work with and from the sales perspective I would say it is good.

Cons

The systems in place are lacking. They performed a rebrand in 2022 and management did not do a good job implementing it. There was a mass exodus of a lot of people from multiple departments.
