      Things can only get worse with more and more useful management and instruction from China management who doesn't understand overseas market at all.

      Salary, Bonus and that's all.

      Cons

      no organisation, old fashion for the financial management (they used only excel). Very bad condition for work properly. They lied during the interview because all they will tell you is not the true. When you arrived inside the compagny, no information, The managers didn't want to communicate or answer to your email!!!. And the last thing, they don't like foreigner with a different skin colour!!!

      The best thing about working at Azenta is the people. Good benefits. Flexible working hours. Earlier finish on a Friday.

      Cons

      Unmanageable workloads due to redundancies. Poor communication internally. Terrible system/application (Oracle Cloud). Lack of processes.
