Pros

Frankly speaking one of the best companies to work for. Has a friendly environment , great place to work , great set of TL's to work along. And best part is you can literally belt money. Sky is the limit to earn here. :)

Cons

Just a good strategy for the employees at the beginning of the month will help the employees achieve their target soon and make more money.

Run by a terrific and experienced management team which THINKS LIKE YOUNG. People/Employee Engagement is great here. Excellent talent awards Program Lots of good facilities apart from work provided to people employed here.

Worst management....they just hire and fire......they expect immediate results.....I have heard the company is struggling to meet the targets.......they put you on pip and then tell you to leave.......
