Pros

Flexible working time, many things to learn, you are the owner of code, you can discuss various technical aspects and make decisions on your own, good amount of leaves in a year.Best of the best competitive people to work with, exposure to best technologies to work practices. The company is growing rapidly, this provides an opportunity to people who exce.

Cons

Sometimes work pressure is too much, expectation are very high from the leadership team, individual have to work for too much extra hours

Pros

Great vision, amazing product & fun filled environment. These guys are trying 'India model' with thorough success. Sales Leaders are disciplined yet friendly. Very motivating as well. Special mention for the CEO (Ananth), who dreams big and implements as well

Cons

Salary, night shift (only) and some sudden changes. In fact, too many changes often make the reps confused. Cafeteria food needs to be significantly improved
