There are a lot of challenges because making IV bags is a commodity business with low margins. Therefore spending is limited. However they spend what is needed to stay in compliance and competitive

Cons

You will only be promoted or receive a significant pay raise if you threaten to leave the company, They believe that most people do not want to go through the effort of changing companies so that can be frugal with promotions and salaries

Pros

Benefits are great, they are invested in the health and well-being of their employees, there is opportunity for growth and promotions (expect to work hard and prove yourself - in this economy there are a lot of people wanting the same thing as you so you need to go the extra mile and then some), salary is average, vacation and sick allowances are very fair.

Cons

Great programs in place to support a culture of accountability and to empower employees however, these cannot be fully successful without adoption from the top down. Some micromanagement however, it is possible to reduce this over time by proving you don' t need it.
