      Pros

      Company has very good Defence contracts and visibility. Excellent ability to tender and win these contracts internationally, across many disciplines

      Cons

      Too much of a stand alone project stance rather than enterprise whole of programme. Need to restructure some projects to allow certain disciplines (like HSE etc) greater influence in decision making.
