Pros
Working on submarine related tasks are very interesting. Time sheets are done by the employee. Overtime is paid from the minute your contracted hours are finished (often at double pay). This leads to a great work life balance, and with you in control of your own hours. Nice newly refurbished offices. Great hybrid working arrangements. Have opportunities to collaborate with multiple business units as a graduate. Given a sense of responsibility from day 1.
Cons
A lot of processes are slow and laborious, but that is the nature of working in such a sensitive and secure industry.
