      Pros

      Many great people and teams. Plenty of opportunity for growth within the company.

      Cons

      Management likes to micromanage on all levels, turning what should be a good day into a stressful mess. Benefits are not great, other than an ok 401k match. The only way to grow is moving around to different positions in the company as they don't recognize what you do in your current roles.
