Recent performance metrics that are publicly available show that BAE Systems has matched or exceeded expectations in all financial metrics and growth metrics. WAY better than many of our competitors in the defense industry, thanks to good leadership, brilliant innovation and technology advancements, and long-time positive performance delivering products that help the warfighter in the US market and for our allies and partners. I am proud to be part of a company that delivers so many amazing solutions that protect soldiers, sailors, marines, airmen, and coast guard personnel. Employee turnover is low--many of my colleagues have been at BAE Systems for 20+ years--that means they are happy working here. I am at the 4-year mark and continue to love coming to work with my team every day.
