      There are some good people in the company. Interesting projects (if you are lucky enough to get on one of them) Flexible working hours

      Cons

      a lot of good people have left lack of client facing staff to resource the projects workplace moral is terrible senior management seem to be clueless and disinterested in the employees lack of communication and can't trust a word that senior management say decline in new business Salary is low compared to other competitior companies in the industry
