Free coffee and kit kats Colleagues are generally pleasant and courteous, despite being demotivated Office location is convenient and there is free car parking Good benefits and pension

Cons

Managers are making poor decisions and too often play the blame game to mask their own failings Everything is done at a snails pace resulting in lethargic and demotivated employees The company seem unwilling to take risks to win business and appear happy consolidating what they have Staff attrition rate is poor for a company of its size Contractors are still employed on obscene amounts of money for visibly very little return

Never need to work more than 40 hours unless you want overtime People always call out so there is plenty of overtime to grab Free snacks provided Free lunch on Friday Can learn a lot in short time Financial incentive to complete a training folder in first 3 months which is easy

Cons

High turnover rate. The best employees have already left Coworkers that are left are newer that do not have good networking background Caste system in play. If you are on the first tier good luck!! You will get all of the phone calls plus tickets while second tier sits out of doing any type of real work while getting paid more than you to do it!! No promotions unless you are good friends or family Huge workload for very low pay compared to competition Pay raises are 3% a year Tiny bonuses
