Very positive experience 10 months in
Pros
V. good starting salary for graduates Wide variety of roles to get involved in - the company does so much, it's highly likely you'll find an area that takes your fancy So much to get involved in generally, company has a good focus on personal development This can sometimes mean you are thrown into a very client facing role early on - allows you to learn a lot very quickly though Get to work with some bright people Kit-kats Fantastic work-life balance
Cons
Pay progression not as good as other companies. A lot can be expected of you very early on (this is very role dependent and isn't necessarily bad if you're looking for a challenge). Some roles are definitely not as good as others... Very much down to luck as to where you first get placed.
